Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center division Newport intends to acquire one Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) Spectrometer and Microscope System. The system will consist of an Fourier-transform spectrometer (including sample accessories and associated software), an infrared microscope with ATR capabilities, and a computer controller. Detailed specifications and requirements will be included with the solicitation. Delivery to NUWC Newport will be required. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses. The NAICS code is 334516 and the size standard is 500 employees. Commercial procedures per FAR Part 12 will be used and the solicitation will be issued in less than 15 days.
