Description

The United States Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or new lease construction in the Hamlet of Rock City Falls, Town of Milton, County of Saratoga and State of New York. The preferred area is as follows: WITHIN THE HAMLET OF ROCK CITY FALLS, WITH STRONG PREFERENCE GIVEN TO NYS ROUTE 29 LOCATIONS. The requirements for existing space or space to be modified are for about 2,085 square feet of existing net interior space with about 17 parking spaces. New lease construction space requirements are for about 2,085 square feet of net interior space and an ideal developable site size of about 42,000 square feet, with about 17 parking spaces.
