Description

On or about Friday, January 12, 2001, plans will be available for a new 20,845 sf steel and masonry veneer building (complete with site development) on property located at 5775/5787 Post Road, East Greenwich, Kent County, Rhode Island. The estimated cost of construction is between $2.5 and $3.5 million dollars with construction completion no later than 310 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Award of this project will be based on price and other factors as outlined in the solicitation package. Award of this project is contingent upon funding approval. Information regarding the availability of plans (at a cost to be determined) may be obtained from LDI Reproprinting Centers, 1901 Montreal Road, Suite 116, Tucker, GA, 30884-5223.
