CORRECTION: This action, previously published in the Commerce Business Daily under submission number 509326 dated December 20, 2000 9:43 A.M., is hereby changed as follows: Delete reference to "1 each CITATION" which is part of CLIN 0001. Change "1 each SYS ADMIN INCORPS ROOT" to read "1 each SYS ADMIN-JOURNAL FOR UNIX ISSN NO.1061-2688" which is part of CLIN 0001. The response date is extended from 010201 to read 011201 2:00 P.M.
