Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has a requirement for the provision of award/novelty items for the agency's Incentive Awards Program and Employee Length of Service Program. The prospective contractor will be required to supply predetermined award items that may or may not require engraving and the OCC insignia (i.e., coffee mugs, pen/pencil sets, clocks, watches, etc..). It is anticipated that a firm fixed price purchase order for a base year with four (4) one year options will be awarded as a result of a Request For Quotations (RFQ) that will be issued on or about January 18, 2001. Requests to be placed on the mailing list for this RFQ must be in writting and should either be mailed to OCC,250 E Street, SW, Room 4-13, Washington, DC, 20219; or faxed on the company's letterhead to (202) 874-5625, Attn: Jeff Ryan. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 422990, with a small business size standard of 100 employees.
