Description

Contractor shall read and interphet x-ray films taken on an outpatient basis for patients referred by the VA Santa Rosa Outpatient Clinic, 3315 Chanate RD, Suite 1E, Santa Rosa, CA 95404 for a base year and two one-year options to renew. The contract shall provide professional (physician) guidance for all necessary diagnostic radiology services. The contractor shall provide reading,interphetation, and submission of reports on x-ray film as required by the VA.
