Description

Contractor to provide radiology procedures on VA patients referred by the VA Santa Rosa Outpatient Clinic, 3315 Chanate Rd.,Suite 1E, Santa Rosa, CA 95404 for a base year with Two one-year options to renew. The Contractor will perform basic radiological examinations (technical services) to include but not limited to 1. Examinations conducted at the Contractor's facility. 2. Provide verbal report of emergency examinations to the VA Santa Rosa Clinic within 24 hours of the examination. 3. All examinations shall be transcribed within 24 hours of the examination. Copies of the transcription will be sent to the VA Santa Rosa Clinic for inclusion in the VA patients record.
