Description

17. This Notice amends the Notice posted on 08/24/00 as follows. All parents in the family shelter will be 18 years or older. Residents shall be separated by age and sex for sleeping purposes. Juvenile sleeping areas shall be separated into 4 -7 years old and 8 -- 17 years old. Juveniles under the age of three shall sleep in the same room as the parent. Bedrooms are for sleeping only. The offerors shall provide information to the INS for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, 42 U.S.C. 4321, et seq., and the implementing regulations at 40 CFR Part 1500. NO LATER THAN MARCH 2, 2001, the offeror shall submit a Phase I Survey conducted in accordance with the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM), E-1527-00, "Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessment: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process." Provide an original and three copies of the Phase I. Failure to submit the Phase I Survey for any site by March 2, 2001 shall preclude that site from being considered for this procurement. The Government shall only accept offers for which a Phase I Survey has been timely submitted. All other offers will be rejected. The closing date for the RFQ will be established when issued. All responsible sources may request a copy of the RFQ by submitting a written request to the above address. All requests for this solicitation must be submitted in writing and can be submitted by facsimile (214 767-7458). For those firms who have already submitted their Phase I and do not require a change to their submittal, no further submittal will be required.
