Description

Pre-solicitation notice for the Lease and Maintenance of Washers and Dryers. The Contractor shall furnish all management services, materials, parts, personnel, recurring inspection, maintenance, repair services, and all other items in connection with the installation and lease of washers and dryers at Andrews AFB, Brandywine, and Davidsonville, MD. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 812310 (comparable Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7215). The performance period will be for a 6-month basic period with 4 one-year option periods. The government reserves the right to exercise the options. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation, notices, and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.eps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is the interested bidder_s responsibility to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting proposals must have a Commercial and Government Entities Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com or via phone at CCR (888) 352-9333. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract.
