Description

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: This is a request for proposal to furnish and install three new rolling overhead garage doors at the loading dock area of the W. Cotter Federal Building, 135 High Street, Hartford , CT. The Contractor shall furnish and provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and disposal necessary to complete the work in its entirety. All interested firms must furnish proposal packages which shall be evaluated as follows: (1) Design and application to existing structure, (2) Past Performance on similar projects, (3) Time frame within which work is to be completed (if less than 90 cal. days), (4) Price. The period of performance is ninety days. An option is included to provide a proposal to install one personnel door in the south rolling overhead door. The governemnt estimate for this work is between $25k-$100k.
