This symposium promises to be a premier opportunity to gain insights into current and future missile systems and technologies. It also offers a wonderful forum to display your products and capabilities to a diverse audience of technical experts as well as government and industry leaders. Developers from within the U.S. Government and across industry have been invited and are expected to participate. THEME: "Enabling Technologies for Missiles & Rockets in Future Warfare" PAPERS/ABSTRACTS You are invited to submit papers for a twenty minute presentation on a topic which appropriately fits into one of the following subjects (or a relevant subject not listed below): *Weapon Systems Requirements *Missile Aerodynamics *Propulsion Technologies *Sensors and Seeker Systems *Guidance and Fire Control Systems *Payloads and Delivery Systems *Warheads and Lethality Issues *Advanced Systems *Concepts of System Operations *Systems Integration *Precision Munitions/Smart Weapons *Directed Energy Weapons *Laser Guidance *System Commonality *Revolutionary Missile Technologies *Component Miniaturization (MEMS) *Moving Target Engagement CRITERION FOR SELECTION OF PAPERS Papers will be selected for their potential application to future rocket or missile systems or technologies. Paper selection will be heavily weighted toward this criterion; accordingly, abstracts submitted in response to this announcement should clearly describe the proposed paper's content in this regard.
