This is a notice of award of a sole source procurement to ITT Industries for (1) titanium heat exchanger tube bundle backfit kit (surface-search radar array), p/n 5-199-13-003-001 under simplified acquisition procedures for other than full and open compeition as authorized by FAR part 6.302-2. The award date for this acquisition was 04 Jan. 2001. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. The determination not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the government.
