Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation from commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are not being requested at this time and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation WO-01-15 is issued as an invitation to bid (IFB)with request for comments (RFC). All Comments are due 2/2/01. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-21. NAICS: 421690. A list of contract line item number (s) and items , quantities and units of measure, and accessories and description of requirements for the items to be acquired, FAR provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial, and 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The final solicitation document will be available electronically 3/2/01 and may be requested via email. Electronic signature is acceptable. The government intends to award mutiple contracts, with base year and up to three option years for Mobile Land Radios and accessories.
