Description

1. The Department of State, Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs is seeking offers for the procurement of 15 each Night Vision Binoculars with the following specifications or better: a. Light amplification (Gain): 30,000. b. Maximum humidity: 93%. c. Front lens: 42mm, Exit pupil: 10mm. d. Visual magnification: 2.5X. e. Vertical resolution: 60 lines/mm using NV Gen.I Device. f. Field of view: 15 degrees. g. Angular field of vision: 18 degrees. h. Eyepiece adjustment: +/- 5 diopters. i. Minimum focusing distance: 16 ft. j. Temperature range: -22 degrees to 104 degrees F. k. Operating time for Battery set: Up to 20 hours at 32 degrees F. l. Viewing range: 200 yards. m. Additional features: (1) Optically adjusting interpupillary distance. (2) Lens mirror design. (3) Spectrum Adjusted IR illuminator. (4) Carrying case with Belt loop and Sholder strap. (5) Neck Strap. (6) Rain-light-guard lens caps. (7) Tripod mount. n. Night Vision Binocular Model MVB 2.5 or equal 2. This procurement is a small business set aside. 3.
