Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division is the Department of Defense focal point for the JSF program for defendeing affordable next generation strike aircraft weapon systems for the Navy. The Government intends to award sole source a firm-fixed-priced contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Information Resources Management Limited IRML to support the program over the next year. IRML has critically needed, unique capabilities, resources, and Navy corporate knowledge related to this training technology evaluation and implementation planning support effort. Interested parties may submit a capabilities statement in writing to the contracting office no later than 15 calendar days from the date of this notice. (see numbered Note 22)
