Single award term contract for period 06-01-01 to 07-31-02 (plus two 12-month option periods) for Social Security Administration (SSA). Direct mail scannable forms with instruction sheet and return envelopes. Monthly orders for 10 forms per order of 1,000 to 191,000 mailings per form. Operations include composition, film making, printing in one or two ink colors, duplex imaging (both sides of form), folding, inserting, and mailing. Furnished material pickup in Baltimore, MD. 7 and 10 workday schedule. Quality level III. Bid opening anticipated during the month of April 2001.
