- The US Army Soldier Biological and Chemical Command (SBCCOM) hereby amends CBD notice published January 8, 2001, Submission Number 50A3P0. Sentence number (3) following the "system capabilities" is changed to read as follows: "(3) Provide successful airdrop completion rate of 92 percent without a system abort, and without the occurrence of an essential function failure of at least 90 percent". Sentence number (4) is changed to read as follows: "(4) All non-expendable components must be reusable (with only minimum maintenance) a minimum of 12 drops (threshold) and 25 drops (objective)".
