Description

Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex intents to contract for one each Flight Deck Safety Net Pads in accordance with drawings 600-5008028C & 602-2649902N. Pads must be manufactured and received no later than 06 APR 01. Delivery shall be FOB: Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. A SHIP CHECK, FOR THE PURPOSE OF TAKING EXACT MEASUREMENTS OF EXISTING PADS, WILL BE HELD APPROXIMATELY 12 FEB 01. QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED RELATIVE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT AT THAT TIME. ALL CORRESPONDENCE RELATIVE TO SHIP CHECK MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 10:00 AM, 9 FEB 01. Solicitation number is N00181-01-T-0139. This requirement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Standard Industrial Code is 2295: business size standard is 500 employees.
