Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to procure three (3) each Wiring System Repair Tool Sets: USN Afloat/Ashore Basic, P/N DMC992 (Government P/N P/N 3193AS100-1) and three (3) each USN Ashore Supplemental, P/N DMC993 Government P/N 3192AS100-1). Included are requirements for Conference/ Meeting Minutes and design chane notices, not separately Priced.Each Wiring System Repair Tool Set is a modified Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Non-Developmental-Item (NDI) comprised of stationary metal cabinets that contain a total of approximately 860 tools. The tool set contains both military specification and commercial tools, some of which may be off the shelf. The tools will rest in Cross-Linked Polyethylene foam. The foam will be cut with Government furnished steel-ruled dies. Each Wiring System Repair Tool has Level III engineering drawings available electronically (AutoCAD on CD) or in aperture card format. Delivery of the basic quantity will be NLT 300 days after contract award. All Tool Sets will be packaged in accordance with best commercial practices. Delivery will be FOB Destination to Lakehurst NJ. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. Solicitation copies will be available approximately 23 January 2001.
