Description: 1500 Watt metal halide sports light with lamp; Lithonia-TV 1500M GP6 TB W/Lamp TVTS -- Qty 22 each; 45" round tapered aluminum poles; Hapco 61-140 -- 6 each; 4-Way cross-arm; Hapco 63-008 -- Qty 4 each; 3-Way cross-arm; Hapco 63-006 -- Qty 2 each; Screw in pole bases; A.B. Chancec11232JG4VL -- Qty 6 each; Circuiting: #8 AWG Cu wire, 600V (3500') ; #10 AWG Cu Wire, 600V (4500'); 3/4" Sch. 40 PVC conduit (2500'); 4 pole, 60 amp, 208 volt lighting contactor; Square D SPH3 -- qTY 3 each. BRAND NAME OR eQUAL: Model numbers indicated are the basis of design. Equivalent substitutes are acceptable with prior approval. Submittals are required for substitutions. Following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: Far 52.212-1 (instructions to offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items) 52.212-3 (offeror representations and certifications -- commercial items), 52.212-4 (contract terms and conditions-commercial items) and 52.212-5 (contract terms and conditions required to implement statues or executives orders -- commercial items).
