Description

This synopsis includes, as an attachment, a revised "Partnership Opportunity Document for the Magnetic Field Gradient Satellite (GRADSAT)." The revisions to the POD are in red and also summarized below: The revisions are as follows: (1) the ceiling cap is raised from $20M to $27M; (2) the language in the Statement of Work is clarified to show that selection from the GSFC standard catalog is an optional approach; and (3) the dates for notice of intent, due date for presentation packages, and oral presentation dates are revised.
