Description

The NRC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis a purchase order with Provenance Systems, Inc. to provide full service software maintenance and support for the ForeMost document management software product being used by the NRC to perform official agency records management functions within the Agnecy-Wide Documents Access and Management Systems (ADAMS). Provenance's ForeMost document management software is proprietary software owned exclusively by Provenance Corporation. Provenance's ForeMost document management software source code, logic, diagrams and manuals, schematics, and drawings are confidential and proprietary trade secrets of Provenance Corporation. The period of performance of this proposed action is April 1, 2001 through September 30, 2001. This announcement is for informational purposes only. No proposals or capability statements are sought.
