Description

The U.S. EPA is contemplating a sole source award to Kline & Company, Inc., using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchase of a specialized study entitled, "Consumer Markets for Pesticides and Fertilizers 1999 Continuing Service". This acquisition will make available to the Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP), one study (in Word '97 format and one hard copy) containing the most up-to-date data on the U.S. non-agricultural consumer markets for pesticides and will serve as critical input into economic and related analyses of pesticide regulatory issues. These data will be for interal use within EPA, and not for the release to non-subscribers or the general public. Under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures for other than full and open competition, as authorized by FAR Part 6.302-2, this is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation of offers.
