Description: The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number Q1C5ANC0010 for an indefinite quantity contract under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), construction inspections of new or substantial rehabilitated multifamily projects insured projects under the National Housing Act, Sections 221 or 232 or 223(f) for the geographic area of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry and Will counties in the State of Illinois. The proposed Purchase Order is for a two-year period or until the amount of $100,000 has been reached whichever occurs first. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is $4 Million average annual sales for the last three years (See Numbered Note 1). Solicitation package will be available on or about 15 days and quotations will be due on or about 45 days from the date this notice is printed in the Commerce Business Daily.
