Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Refuse/Recycling and yard waste collection and disposal services for the industrial and family housing areas at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. Contract requires the operation of an on-base recycling collection facility. This requirement is for a basic and seven (7) option years. This requirement is open to both large and small business concerns. A draft solicitation will be issued on or about 24 Jan 01. Questions and answers will be taken for 30 days. Final solicitation will be issued on or about 28 Mar 01.****
