Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following item: 1) Embedded National Tactical Receiver (ENTR) PCI Version approved by National Security Agency, PN 762-003025. This requirement is sole sourced to L3 Communications, Conic Division, 9020 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA for unique capabilities. Any firms believing that they can provide the ENTR may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to provide the required equipment, which will be considered by this agency.
