Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items or services prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued Request for Quotation (RFQ BLM-FAQ010021). The solicitation clause and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this acquisition is 5122. Delivery will be FOB Destination. DOI/Bureau of Land Management, Office of National Wild Horse and Burro Program intends to purchase 400 each, 10 ml, 10 dose vials of Strepguard Vaccine with Havlogen; 200 each, 10 ml, 10 dose vials of Prestige II Vaccine; and 15,000 each 3cc syringes, monoject with leur lock, 20x1 1/2 gauge needle. Material is in support of the program at Palomino Valley Center located in Sparks, Nevada. Delivery of at least 50 vials of both vaccines and 3500 each of syringes will be required by January 22 and each week thereafter until order is complete. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: 1) Ability to meet delivery schedule, 2) Price. All offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer. The following provision also applies to this acquisition, 52.232-33 Mandatory Information for Electronic Funds Transfer Payment.
