Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items = prepared=20 in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as=20 supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. = This=20 announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation = will not=20 be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. = Proposals=20 are hereby being requested and a written solicitation will not be = issued. =20 Refer to solicitation as RFQ N00140-01-Q-1173. This solicitation = document and=20 incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC = 97-11 and=20 DFARS 19990503. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar = with the=20 applicable clauses and provisions. The SIC is 541511 and the Small Business = Standard is=20 $18M. This is a sole source action with CAST Software in accordance = with FAR=20 6.302-1, since they are the only source capable of providing the = required=20 software. The FISC Detachment Philadelphia requests responses from = qualified=20 sources capable of providing Application Mining Suite, associated = training,=20 maintenance, and support services. Delivery is required within twenty = (20)=20 days of contract award to the following address: SPAWAR Systems Center, = 1441=20 Crossways Blvd., Chesapeake, VA 23320-2843. Delivery is FOB = Destination. The=20 following represents the item schedule: CLIN 0001 Application Viewer = for=20 quantity of 27 users, CLIN 0002 SQL Builder for quantity of 27 users, = CLIN 0003=20 Application Warehouse for quantity of 1 each XX Large, CLIN 0004 CAST = Support=20 and Maintenance for quantity of 12 months, CLIN 0005 CAST User Training = for=20 quantity of 21 users, CLIN 0006 Overall Support Services for quantity = of 1=20 each, and CLIN 0007 Training and Expenses in Support of Performing = CLINS 0001=20 through 0006.
