Description

B -- The Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Statistical Research Inc., Tucson, AZ for NAGPRA work that was started in 1995 and needs to be completed in these Districts only -- Louisville, Sacramento, San Francisco, Vicksburg Districts. This follow-on contract is being accomplished under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 citing only one responsible source. This contractor has the highly specialized training and knowledge of the government-developed/contractor maintained NAGPRA relational database and the government-developed NAGPRA data-gathering forms and procedures necessary to complete the tasks. A Indefinite-Quantity Contract is to be awarded. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A Request for Proposals (RFP) package is not available.
