Description

The Government intends to award a contract to Mr. John W. Kelly for advisory and assistance services with specialty construction consulting to ensure the efficient and effective management and operations of the Pentagon Renovation (PENREN) Program. Work consists of providing reports, recommendations and assistance in the area of construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, organization and overall management to the PENREN Program Manager, Integrated Project Team Leaders, and Division Directors. This effort requires expert and thorough working knowledge of the PENREN Program in addition to significant levels of related experience. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See Note 22.
