Furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment and transportation to provide four (4) preventive maintenance inspections, and all necessary call back repair service for medical equipment at the USPHS-Navajo Area Indian Health Service Medical Facilities in Arizona and New Mexico.
