This acquisition is for the following item(s). Item 0001 NSN: 4820-01-362-8610GA, P/N: 412040123-101, Noun: Rotor Brake Quill Valve, item(s) applicable to H-1 Helicopter. Quantity is thirteen (13) each. There will be one (1) out year option with a quantity range of 1-5 each. No technical data is available. Justification: 10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and or to communicate concerns, if any concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
