Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis a contract with CytoLogix Corp. for the Artisan Staining System. It performs IHC and special stains simultaneously on one compact instrument. Forty eight slide capacity and fifty reagent capacity. Handles up to 12 separate special stains and 42 separate IHC stains can be completed on a single run. Individual slide heating capability (20C-70C). Reagent use management software. Intelligent waste management. All produced waste is segregated into four receptacles(water, alcohol, metals and hazardous). Protocol customization. Develop individual protocols to satisfy pathologist staining preferences. Protocols can be saved. Slide bar code labeling or manual slide input.
