Description
The LAJCC is implementing a website. The following needs, while not necessarily, all inclusive will be the basis for the LAJCC webpage: 1. Selected vendor will work with Center staff for initial development of a maximum of 20 web pages; 2. Selected vendor will host website; 3. Selected vendor and LAJCC will both perform changes and/or update to the site in an ongoing basis; 4. Prospective vendor to provide price quote for hosting space at 60-100 gigabytes; 5. Selected vendor will, as necessary, post and deliver proofs for all updates within 48 hours of receipt of changes, updates or modifications; 6. New pages (rough layouts) to be designed, developed and submitted for review within 7-10 business days prior to u pdating, and posted to site; 7. LAJCC's site will not contain banner ads; 8. Selected vendor will develop two sites: (1) a public site and (2) a private site (for staff access using state-of-the-art security procedures [i.e.,unique user identification, passwords with 60-day expiration, etc.]); 9. Selected vendor must guarantee 100% firewall/security protection for both sites; 10. Vendor will be webmaster for LAJCC site and will receive all directions only from either the primary point of contact (POC): MIS Coordinator or Alternate POC: Director Administrative Services Division; 11. Contract period will generally be December 1 through November 30, annually. Initial period will be prorated from approximately February 1 to November 30, 2001; 12. Initial contract may be prorated; 13. Other features for the site will include, but will not be limited to: a. Page Hit-Counter b. On-screen Forms (for HRD, OA and Placement)to be developed ongoingly c. Auto-E-mail Response 14. All prospective vendors/bidders: a. Vendor must provide proof of web business over the past 5 years; b. Vendor, to provide information (phone number and name) of 15 recent clients (within past 24-36 months) as referencs who are willing to be contacted; c.
