Description

NOTICE OF INTENT: The VA Maryland Healthcare System intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Agilent Technologies, 3000 Minuteman Road, Andover, Maryland 01810, for the Carevue Software support fixes, updates and license for the period from award thru September 30, 2001, with four (4) renewable one year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document available. Any responses must be made in writing and received in this office within 15 calendar days after initial publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be submitted, in writing, no later than 4:30PM, local time January 31, 2001 addressed to Jacquelyn M. Walker (90C), VA Maryland Healthcare System, Post Office Box 1000, Building 101, Room 26, Perry Point, Maryland 21902-1000. Only responses from responsible sources will be considered.
