Description

Non-Personal services contract to provide all services necessary for the final treatment/disposal of hazardous waste generator in and around Fort Hood, Dyess AFB and Sheppard AFB, Texas. Anticipated date for solicitation issue is O/A 12 Feb 01 and the solicitation will only be issued on the world wide web (www) The web site address is http://www.drms.dla.mil. Approximate closing date is 03 Apr 01. This will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract for a base period of eighteen (18) months with two (2) eighteen (18) month option periods. Performance will be requested on task orders issued against the basic contract. Special requirements: Prospective contractors or subcontractors must comply with all federal, state and local laws, ordinances and requlations governing handling, transportation and disposal of hazardous materials and environmental protection. This procurement will be a small business set aside.
