Description

The US Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center-Natick (US RMAC-Natick), Natick Contract Division, in support of the U.S. Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command, Soldier Systems Center (USA SBCCOM, SSC), intends to conduct negotiations and award a purchase order to Bill Communications, Inc. 45365 Vintage Park Plaza, Sterling, VA, on the basis of other than full and open competition in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation part 6.302-1. This acquisition involves the leasing of exhibition space at the Modern Day Marine Military Exposition to be held in Quantico, Virginia between the dates of 13-20 September 2001. Bill Communications, Inc is the sole vendor responsible for the leasing of exhibition space at this event. The anticipated award date for this acquisition is 10 days from the date of this notice, which is on or about 26 January 2001. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS.
