Description

FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit on a full and open competitive basis for the provision of education services to teach an academic program with a concentration in e-commerce which will provide students with a Masters in Business Administration. Performance will be at Mechanicsburg, PA. It is expected to award firm fixed price contract for a period consisting of a base period of one year, and two one year options. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification number is 8221.The Request For Proposal (RFP) may require the submission of cost and technical proposals.
