Description

The government intends to procure on a sole source basis, an order to AAR Cadillac Manufacturing for (1 ea) ISU-90-ICR Internal Airlift/Helicopter Slingable Container configured as Mobile Marine Mammal Clinic Verison 2 (3MCII) in accordance with specifications in engineering drawings. Standard external dimensions of 108" x 88" x 96" compatible with C-5, C-17, C-130 and C-141 aircraft cargo decks. Internal modifications to include Environmental Control Unit, 100-amp service plug, a stationary counter top, power outlet and lights equipment storage compartments and lockers, multi-drawer supplies storage and sink. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation on offers, the final contract award will be based on responsive, responsible, technically acceptable low offer.
