Description

The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with Fike Protection Systems, 704 South 10th Street, Blue Springs, MO. 64013 for the acquisition of spare and replacement components for existing fire protection systems. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Award in anticipated within thirty days. See Note 22. Note 22 is modified to read 5 days in lieu of 45 days.
