Description

The Government intends to purchase on a sole source basis software support and updates for proprietary Visual Information Products from BAE Systems, 16250 Technology Drive, San Diego, CA 92127. This is a commercial item. BAE Systems is the developer, designer and manufacturer of this software and BAE Systems holds proprietary rights in data supporting Visual Information Products software. The NAICS code is 421430. The purchase order shall be a firm fixed priced purchase order through 30 November 2001. FOB Destination shall apply. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used. This announcement constitutes the only quotation; quotes are being requested and a written quotation will not be issued. The quotation number is N00178-01-Q-1016 and is a Request for Quotation. All interested parties indicate their interest and capability with their fax quote to (540) 653-7088 which shall be considered by Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, Virginia 22448-5100. This procurement is DO priority rated. Offer is due 25 January 2001 no later than 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, Virginia 22448-5100 and anticipated award by 01 February 2001.
