The Government intends to issue sole source contracts with L3 Communications Conic Division, 9020 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA 92123; Southern California Microwave, 2732 Via Orange Way Wing East E., Spring Valley, CA 91978; Electric Magnetic Process EMP, 20360 Plummer Street, Chatsworth, CA 91311; and Racal Recorders, Inc. Data Group, 480 Spring Park Place, Herndon, VA 20170 to meet test requirements of THAAD or PATRIOT PAC 3.
