Description

Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to sole source to ADVANCED RESEARCH AND APPLICATIONS CORP for services to provide artwork (conductive trace and land topology) for the exterior and interior layers of the existing multi-layer circuit boards. The method used to image these internal layers is to be performed non-destructively employing the use of x-ray laminography techniques. The artwork may be delivered in any standard graphic format. The resolution of the internal construction to be accurate within 2 mils of the actual features scanned. Delivery of the reconstructed images will be made within 30 days after receipt of order. The solicitation package will be available for down load via NUWC Division Keyport website (see below) on or about 17 Jan 2001. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used for this procurement.
