Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to negotiate with and award a purchase order to the California Department of Health Services. The award will be made on a sole source basis for professional services to provide antibody testing for rubella and mumps. The report of testing must include line listes of (1) titers from the neutralization testing (2) optical density readings with Rubella International Unit conversions for EIA results. The line listing shall include the unique identifier for each individual, which will allow CDC to combine these results with the results of previous testing. No solicitation exists and requests for such document will not be honored. See Numbered Note 22.
