Contractor shall provide Residential Alcohol/Substance Abuse Services, Aftercare, and Outreach Services for the Native American Indian population of Santa Clara County, California. This request for proposal is being issued pursuant to 25 USC 47, the Buy Indian Act, and is being restricted to the Friendship House Association of American Indians, Inc., the only known source that can fulfill this requirement.
