Description

The U.S. Small Business Administration will enter into a contract with the National Foundation for Women Business Owners for Technical Assitance on Business Success Study. The study will identify all of the clients who enter the system of four desparate Women's Business Centers over a period of several months, and follow them for a period of 2 years. These clients will be interviewed every 6 months. The goal is to determine what kinds of information and assistance are most critical at what stage of a business development, explore the most successful means of program delivery, investigate the relationship of financial and technical assistance, loans and loan gurantees, etc. See Note(s) 1 and 22
