Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk = Detachment=20 Philadelphia intends to procure non-personal technical and general = services in=20 support of the United States Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM), Joint = Warfighting=20 Center (JWFC) joint training, exercise and rehearsal program. This = acquisition=20 will provide USJFCOM JWFC support on a local and remote basis including = but not=20 limited to: planning, scheduling, logistics, simulation, intelligence, = exercise=20 scenario development, database builds, distributed learning, courseware = development, control and analysis, management and operation, technical = and=20 facility support.=20 Services shall be performed at the government's facilities located in = Suffolk,=20 VA and Fort Monroe, VA as well as CONUS and OCONUS sites to support the = program. This procurement is being processed on an unrestricted = basis and=20 will consist of a base and four option years. The placement of a cost = plus=20 award fee, level of effort contract is contemplated. The applicable = Standard=20 Industrial Classification code is 8711 and the size standard is $20M. = The=20 solicitation will require the submission of cost/price and past=20 performance/technical proposals.
