Description

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases has a requirement for logistical, administrative and publication support for the Vaccine Research Center. Offerors shall provide at least the following: 1) Project Management and Administrative Support to include assuring quality of assignments/tasks, monitoring of deliverables and quality control and maintaining of budget control; 2) Writing, Editing and Publication Support for preparation of various types of research reports, manuscripts, pamphlets and documents; 3) Graphics support to include graphic and design needs for document publishing support as well as slide, poster, overhead, transparencies, and chart preparation for meetings and/or to support internal/external analyses: 4) All services in support of meetings or conferences. Offerors must have or be willing to establish an office located within one (1) hour travel time of the Bethesda campus of the National Institutes of Health. Contractor must be able to provide daily pick-up and delivery service between its office and the VCR-NIAID. It is anticipated that one cost reimbursement type contract award will be made for a base year and six (6) option years. RFP 01-54 will be available on or about March 5, 2001, with a closing date of April 9, 2001. This requirement is classified as a 100% competitive 8(A) set-aside (see Numbered Note 4).
