Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) External Research Program (EARP)- CBDNet Sumission No. 5095A5 (Dec 21, 2000) and CBDNet Submission No. 50A688 (January 10, 2001) -- is hereby modified as follows: Paragraph 6.PROPOSAL PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: The Government anticipates that award(s)will be made no later than 60 days after receipt of proposal(s). The start date for Phases I and II research shall reflect the contract award date. Cost proposal format and instructions, including cost proposal cover page, deliverable formatting instructions, and representations and certifications shall be electronically provided by the contracting officer.
