Description

The government intends to award, on a Sole Source basis, an order for services to Mr. Reed Popovich . This requirement is for formal training for C41 System Engineering courses for instruction at the Fleet Combat Training Center, Pacific (FCTCPAC). While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be based on responsive, responsible, technically acceptable low bids. "Note 22 applies, however, all offers received within 15 days (in lieu of 45 days) after date of publication of the original synopsis will be considered by the Government."
